The International Organization of La Francophonie, through its Directorate of the French Language in Cultural Diversity (DLC), launches two calls for projects intended to facilitate the mobility of artists and their works and to support innovative distribution and discovery initiatives.
Facilitate participation in fairs, festivals, masterclass…
Among the projects concerning the mobility of creation, it could be participation in residences, creation workshops or any other activity promoting the creation of a French -speaking cultural work. But participation in exhibitions, festivals, award ceremonies or any other artistic event can also benefit from this call for projects within the framework of representation and exhibition mobility.
Participation in fairs, cultural markets and any other event aimed at prospecting the market and establishing partnerships will not be outdone since they concern networking mobility projects.
Finally, participation in Master Class, workshops and training in short-term or any other activity allowing to acquire new professional skills are also eligible since they enter into the mobility of skill rise.
150,000 euros to decide between.
The duration of mobility cannot be less than 5 days (excluding travel days) and for a maximum of 3 months. It will take place between September 15 and December 30, 2025.
The overall indicative amount made available for this call for projects amounts to 150,000 euros. The requested grant will cover travel costs, stay and visa costs. Any subsidy requested for the mobility of artists will not have to exceed 5,000 euros. For the circulation of cultural goods, it will not exceed 2,500 euros.
Encourage cultural exchanges in French -speaking space.
These devices are part of a desire to support the cultural and creative industries (CIC) to strengthen the value chain and to increase exchanges between the countries of French -speaking space, in a logic of cooperation. The goal is also to promote access to French -speaking cultural content to the national, regional and international market.
The call for projects concerns professional artists or artistic collectives having a proven link with the French -speaking space. They must therefore come from and reside in one of the OIF member states and governments, of which Madagascar is a part. They must also work in a cultural and/or artistic sector for at least two years.
The candidate entities must also be active in the live performance industry (music, theater, dance, humor and tale), cinema and audiovisual, book and publishing or visual arts (photography, painting, sculpture and fashion).
Mobility projects scheduled between September and October 2025 will have to submit their candidacy at the latest on August 15, 2025. The deadline for submission will be Wednesday October 15, 2025 for mobility projects scheduled for November and December 2025.
