The city center of Antsirabe once again experienced excitement during the Pascal weekend. The Star Tour, the annual meeting of the city during the Easter celebrations is largely the cause. The consumption stands erected throughout the avenue de la Gare, the attractions such as the merry -go -round, the pirate boat and the various games for young and old have attracted a huge crowd, making each trip to the site a real obstacle course. The pressure area which also offers a clubbing atmosphere and entertainment with DJs and animators such as Barhone, Eric and Honorat, also refueled during the four days.
But the greatest peculiarity of the event remains the shows that honor the artists selected by the organizers.
This year, Samoela, who was already there at the Star Tour 2024 returned to literally open the ball on Friday, April 18. Indeed, this edition lasted four and no longer three days as usual.
The poster for the concert the next day was also most interesting. Reko Band saw his first participation in this event, and at the same time his first concert in Antsirabe, crowned with success. The public did not shy away from his pleasure and made the 13 titles that the Fy Rasolofoniaina band played very well played, with passion and a certain passion. The little rain that preceded their performance has in no way altered the desire to celebrate many who came in large numbers. Tence Mena, the Malagasy Rihanna, then succeeded them in an alluring military uniform, still raising the temperature of a notch.
She was not the only one who could do it since Jaojoby, the King of Salegy, faithful to himself, and Ckycky, an Afrobeat pro, also made the audience sing and dance, eager for the ambient yesterday. Without forgetting Lico Kininike, who knew how to give his performance a very exotic flavor, thanks to his perfect mix of Salegy and Tsapiky, but especially all the dance steps he performs with his dancers while he sings.
The podium also experienced a nostalgic period signed Tempo Gaigy which offered the public a session of Mahaleo, after the tubes which made their fame such as Dokotera manafosafo Or Ranomaso Efa Ritraamong others. Indeed, Popol being the son of Bekoto, the three members of the group also bathed in the “Revy Mahaleo” in Antsirabe. Suffice to say that it was a successful homecoming.
For the star, the objective of offering a friendly party to the 120,000 Antsirabéens and passenger vacationers, has been achieved.
