Saturday afternoon, IFM Analakely will host a conference on the history of Malagasy painting. As part of the reissue of his work, Hemerson Andrianetrazafy, art historian, will evoke the evolution of Malagasy painting, from its royal origins to the middle of the 20th century.
This conference will highlight new data, sources and resources, enriching the work with an additional chapter, new illustrations, as well as a foreword.

Hetsika Lyrica :: “The poor sailor” in preview
As part of the Hetsika Lyrica lyric project, “the poor sailor” of Darius Milhaud is in preview at the French Institute of Madagascar this afternoon. This new pole dedicated to the opera and the vocal scene was born from a desire for training and exchange around contemporary lyric creation.
