This is the first edition of the Fanilo Festival. The choice of the name of the festival is not trivial. It is also a “fan of ilo” word game, which wishes to mark the attachment to the festival site, the ilo hotel, which is by the way, is a small paradise, at the foot of green rice fields. It is an area of 2 hectares located 25 km from the capital, with a water park, rooms and bungalows, wellness and nature spaces conducive to an immersive festival, both festive and secure.
A rich and diverse programming.

On June 26, the day of the Independence Festival, Rajery will set the tone of the party in a much more traditional atmosphere. The scene will also be open to the public that day. Funds will be collected for local associations that take care of vulnerable people.
Cultural immersion.
The festival-goers will in any case risk being bored during the 6 days of the festival, between shows, cultural parades, talk-shows, young talent competition and a free scene, without forgetting the sharing workshops that will allow fans to meet and exchange with artists, especially since the proposed programming is intergenerational.
An artistic and cultural village with cultural pavilion, meetings and exhibitions will allow the public to familiarize themselves with the history of traditional instruments, regional musical influences and cultural ties between the islands of the Indian Ocean.
