Tovo Jehay, our national romantic singer, celebrates his 25 years of stage this year.
The celebration started last March. For the occasion, the interpreter of “Teny Mamy »» or “Tsy misy toa anao »» started a tour in Europe, to the great pleasure of its fans among the diaspora. But the Tananarivians will not be outdone since a big concert of the singer will be planned at the Palais des Sports Mahamasina, in the afternoon on Sunday, August 10. This is a unique date of the celebration for the City of Mille. It will be placed under the leadership of Grace Event. Tovo Jehay, the organizers and partners of this unprecedented event promise, in any case, a great musical journey through all these years of his career, by crisscrossing his eight albums and the different singles, to carry on stage all the titles that made his reputation. Deemed to be a singer full of sweetness, Tovo, who perfectly assumes the romantic side of his songs, also wishes, at the same time, to wink at all the lovers who declared their flame on his titles or built their home on one of his songs, by choosing it as “opening of marriage”.
The singer promises half hours of communion, of musical complicity with the public for reunion rich in emotions.
Nostalgic, tovo I have of his solo concert in 2015. He celebrated his 15 years of career in Antsahamanitra at the time. Of course concerts with other artists have taken place in the meantime. But Tovo I have confessed to finding his audience, to approach them, to relive and strengthen the complicity with his fans, to share their emotions, his life and his experiences. He has been preparing the concert for a long time. The rehearsals are going well. Surprises await everyone who will come.
After this concert, there are also numerous projects: the celebration will continue in the regions. Tovo I also prepare an album and predicts a small change of register, especially evangelical songs.
