In addition, a project to build a branch of the INTH (National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality) is underway in Antsiranana. “ This will make it possible to relocate the training of highly qualified professionals to become key players in the fields of tourism, hospitality and catering in Madagascar. “, he continued. It should be noted that this Institute has just graduated this year with 588 students who obtained their diplomas. And 62 cooking learners also obtained their certificates. In addition to the development of human capital which fits perfectly into the general policy of the State, the supervisory ministry also spares no effort to promote investments to be made by the private sector both at the national and international level. For illustration, 15 plots of land and 3 Marina sites are currently identified to enable the viability of any tourism project. “ Seven major international brands are interested », according to the Director General of Tourism.
